Team Lead - Contact Center - EduTech (3-8 yrs)

LOCATION: Mumbai (Working remotely for the time being due to Covid)
SHIFT: Rotational Shifts
WORKING DAYS: 6 days

- Leading a team of around 10-15 people who will be resolving customer queries through chat, email or phone call.
- Setting clear team goals and managing the team performance
- Driving targets through performance management and strong analytics.
- Practicing Operational Efficiency & Accuracy Metrics Management by using automation and technology
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Deep performance management of a team to achieve Six Sigma output
- Constantly coordinating with tech, curriculum and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a team leader in a BPO/call center
- Should have managed a team of 10-15 people for at least 6 months
- Must have strong people and performance management skills
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills
