The position requires candidates to be comfortable working across a broad range of therapeutic/healthcare areas. Work experience in Pharma/Healthcare is mandatory Qualification: MBA/MPharm/Ph.D. from premier institutes. (In the case of Ph. D-Neuroscience/Oncology. - freshers can also be considered) Experience: 8+ years into pharmaceutical CI role Role: Managing research and consulting projects, in the pharma competitive intelligence/Neuroscience domain. Areas of delivery for the team include: - Inform mergers and acquisitions decisions and assist with long-range strategic planning - Constantly monitor secondary data and news sources and create reports as applicable - Perform in-depth secondary research on specific topics as needed by the client - Examples of projects include creating industry newsletters and company profiles, competitive benchmarking, market intelligence, detailed industry analysis, market entry/assessment/sizing studies, conference coverage, opportunity assessments, market landscape creation, pipeline analysis, and clinical trial analysis Responsibilities of the Team Lead include: - Client engagement and management expectations across multiple projects - Project planning and resource allocation - Regular/daily quality check of the internal output - Team training and development of analysts including performance reviews - Drive solutioning and methodology for a variety of engagements - Assist with recruitment - conduct interviews - Assist in the RFP process to drive business development Skills required: - Clear and concise communication - Verbal and Written including ability to convert detailed information into short executive summaries while retaining all relevant data - Good client presence - interact and build relationships with clients and other team members - Exceptional ability to take in new information and connect with the client's business - Extensive knowledge of data and new sources especially within the pharma domain - Project management including preparing project status updates as required - Expertise in MS-PowerPoint and other presentation tools - Proficiency with MS-Excel and other reporting tools (Spotfire / PowerBI / QlikSense) would be a plus
