Key Responsibilities 1. Align financial strategy with the business objectives 2. Set SOPs in accounting, taxation, compliance, secretarial and foreign exchange controls 3. Set up finance processes, resources and manage day-to-day accounting, including coordination with stakeholders, external advisors and bankers 4. Full responsibility of preparing and managing the Balance sheet and P&L 5. Oversight on procurements and accounts payable, receipts and accounts receivable, cash flow management, payroll process, direct and indirect taxes and expense processing 6. Establish internal controls and procedures to protect the company's assets and value 7. Define and execute processes for risk management -including financial and operating risks 8. Manage all statutory and external audits in a timely manner 9. Prepare annual budgets, analyse variances and suggest corrective actions 10. Exhibit due diligence and support during fundraising process, structuring, co-ordination with lawyers etc 11. Taking responsibility of AP, AR, Treasury and Compliances Preferred Qualifications 1. 7+ years' experience in managing finance operations in fast-growing startups 2. Qualified CA/CPA 3. Experience in managing startup fund-raising transaction with VCs 4. Must have managed a finance team 5. Highly motivated, self-starter, proactive, and solutions oriented individual 6.
