Manager- Training and Development

About the organization: We are one of India’s leading and fastest growing Infrastructure developers with a significant presence in the Highways and Ports sector. We are headquartered in Chennai.

Position: Manager, Training & Development.

- The position holds end-to-end responsibility for training need identification, design of programs and roll out. Will be responsible for delivering high returns on training investments.

- The candidate needs to possess a string understanding of business models and creating innovative, new development solutions.

Qualifications:

- A post graduate degree in HR from a Tier I or Tier II institute is necessary (XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, MDI (HR), XIM, SP Jain, NMIMS, FMS).

Experience: Post-MBA experience of 2-5 years in the T&D or OD function is necessary.

Skill-sets: The candidate must be knowledgeable about Training methodologies, learning formats and content creation. Must be strong in communication skills (oral and written) and MS Office.

Location: The location would be Chennai. Moderate travelling is required.
