TCNS Clothing - Area Sales Manager - EBO - South (5-10 yrs)
Area of Operation: Retail Operations
Location: Hyderabad
Core Responsibilities:
- Play an integral role in the area of Retail Operations.
- Successfully handle store operations (EBOs) of 30+ stores in Andhra Pradesh/Telangana.
- Strong entrepreneurial abilities to establish best practice in industry and deliver the planned P&L.
- Growth in this business through existing and new stores with the help of regional teams.
- This is a multi- discipline responsibility that requires to work both with the franchisee and company own stores in the areas of implementation of sales strategy, customer service.
- Meeting the Retail Business as per Given Plan
- Evaluation on the Basis of KPI 's ( PSFPD : Conversion : ABS : PPV : ATV)
- Increase Customer Satisfaction
- Regularly Communicate with Customer and solicit their opinion and Ideas
- People Management
- To supervise, motivate and develop store staff.
- To coach stores managers and CEO's by training and following various norms.
Knowledge and skill set:
- Drive for results - Ability to build effective teams and motivate others.
- A proactive individual with strong follow up capability.
- Functional Expertise: - Strong knowledge of Apparel & footwear.
- Attitudinal Skills: People Management and leadership skills with great time management and interpersonal skills.
Education - MBA/PGDBM
Experience:
- 5+ yrs. Of experience in handling EBOs
- Experience of industries related to women's apparel advantageous.
