TCNS Clothing - eCommerce Marketplace Category Operations & Management Role (2-5 yrs)
Looking for self-motivated passionate professionals to join India's largest and fastest growing women's fashion brands W and Aurelia. Opportunity to build a market-first International and Domestic marketplace business.
Responsibilities (shall evolve as business scales up) :
- Responsible for revenue & PnL targets as well as cost optimization
- Grow the marketplace business through expansion / partnerships
- Liaise with marketplace SPOCs to manage day-to-day operations
- Identify & execute tactical revenue levers across product listings, inventory, marketing, advertising, etc.
- Track and report performance using appropriate metrics across work areas
- Manage cataloguing across channels & categories as well as manage relevant in-house content generated for the e-commerce business
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to set-up & manage processes required for building the business vertical
- Define & execute initiatives to enhance customer experience
Qualifications :
- Self-motivated with a passion to drive and execute projects to completion
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and deliver results within tight deadlines & in demanding situation
- Strong analytical, problem solving & strategic thinking skills
- Advanced MS Excel and understanding of data for decision making
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with right attitude
- Quick learner, high benchmark for quality & attention to detail
- End-to-end understanding of marketplace e-commerce business
- Integrity & team player with interpersonal skills
