Core Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Standards, Preparation and updating of Statutory Registers, Scheduling, arranging and convening Board Meetings, Shareholders Meetings and Committee Meetings.
- Preparation of Notice, Agenda, Notes to Agenda drafting of Minutes of the meetings.
- Have experience in Contract Management Cycle including drafting, reviewing, vetting of agreements like Vendor Agreements, Lease agreements, Sales Contracts Customer Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, Undertakings and other legal documents.
- Yearly, Quarterly and monthly compliances w.r.t to other applicable laws applicable to the company.
- Timely Verification of documents, carrying out the due diligence and providing timely feedback on the same.
- Imparting necessary legal and process inputs to the internal customers
- Ensuring the policies/ practices are in conformity with laws
- Legal MIS/Excel working-Coordination with internal & external customers.
- Litigation & court appearances on behalf of company & liaising.
- Compliance portal Management/Tool updation.

- Team player with great time management and interpersonal skills
Experience
- 08+ years of work experience. Minimum 2+ years of work experience in listed organisation
