TCNS Clothing - Assistant Manager - Instructional Designer

Core Objective

- Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience's training needs

- Content creation and SCORM packaging for courses created in-house.

- Develop learning solutions, end user manuals, business process documents, etc.

- Providing accurate estimates and predictable completion dates of assigned deliverables

- Expertise in distilling technical concepts and presenting them in clear, simple language

- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances learning retention and transfer.

- Oversee development of system simulators or video walk through.

- Technical support, guidance and representation with contractors, vendors and/or other product specialists.

- Testing and quality assurance of work.

- Building creative content / videos for Social Media platforms especially LinkedIn for Training and HR Function.

Knowledge and skill set

- Excellent online communications, writing skills (English & Hindi)

- Skilled in Instructional Design principles and theory, such as Andragogy, Kirkpatrick and Blooms' levels, ADDIE etc.

- Familiarity with design trends such as Flipped Learning, Social learning, Micro learning, Gamification etc.

- Must have designed and developed a variety of training and content including blended learning (with an emphasis on exercises, role-plays, activities), e-learning, simulations, games, on-the-job and continuous training

- Experienced in the use of E-Learning and Multimedia authoring software

- Preparing scripts and adding voice overs to videos and e-course. (self-voice)

- Should be able to shoot video scenes for training.

- Possess good organizational and administrative skills

- Ability to communicate well in both formal and informal situations

- Technical Skills Set: Articulate storyline and 360, Animation Apps like Vyond, Movie Editing Software Pinnacle Studio (or similar) LMS, G-Cube, Moodle, etc.

- Publishing Tools: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Captivate, Luminosity Studio, Dialogue Design, Content Author Producer, Content Author Editor, Web Page Maker, etc.

Education

- Graduation : Any

- Post-Graduation : PGDM/ MBA HR & IT

- Certification: Instructional Designer

- Should have prior work experience as a Content Developer / instructional Designer
