As a Business Analyst/Product Owner you will be responsible for managing and delivering new features alongside a talented team of engineers that will enrich the experience of our users and partners. As we grow the network of human knowledge, you will help ensure our software services are positioned to harness it to accelerate our business.

About you

- You are a technology evangelist, well aware of technology trends

- You possess a strong belief in agile and lean thinking

- You have ability to connect business, technology and user requirements to create technology solutions

- You have an entrepreneurial attitude that gets high quality projects done quickly

- You are passionate about your craft and want to be surrounded by like-minded individuals

- You have worked with multiple Agile methodologies including SCRUM, Kanban, XP, Lean

- You like to ship software early and often

- You care about selecting the right tool for the right job

- You are comfortable working at all tiers of modern applications, from the frontend all the way to the database

- You collaborate well with others but are excited to own a big feature

- You value simplicity and strive to eliminate unnecessary complexity

- You have a Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science

- You have a minimum 6+ years industry experience

- You have some exposure to the publishing domain

Responsibilities

- Design technology solutions by connecting business, technology, user and customer requirements.

- Convert solutions into user stories along with acceptance criteria, wireframe and additional support documents

- Create and own product backlog

- Help project sponsors and product owners to prioritise the user stories

- Keeping in touch with every stakeholder regularly

- Helping to further the Agile community within the organisation

- Helping the team to continuously improve their process
