Education - Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) . IT Graduates (preferred) Familiarity with Asset &amp; Wealth Management businesses, systems, tools, processes Job Specific &amp; Technical Skills &amp; Competencies - Ability to present complex technical and metadata information in a clear and concise way to technical and non-technical audiences, from junior to senior levels across the organization - Ability to build alignment amongst distributed stakeholders - Demonstrated intermediate analytic and diagnostic skills - Demonstrated intermediate interpersonal skills - Demonstrated intermediate communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Demonstrated ability to influence others - Intermediate problem-solving skills - Experience working with colleagues across different countries around the world
