About Company:

At TaxNodes, our mission is to simplify Crypto tax, Accounting, Audit and compliance. TaxNodes to be launched by Avinash Shekhar, Ex- CEO Zebpay (one of India's oldest and leading Crypto exchanges).

TaxNodes will focus on three core pillars to build the product - Transparency, Compliance and Trust

- Retail tax compliance: Consolidate Crypto transaction across entire Crypto ecosystem (exchanges, Defi, staking, self-custody wallets etc), create meaningful dashboards and simplify tax computation (including withholding tax reconciliation)

- Exchanges / businesses: Automation of Crypto Reconciliation (Actual Balance = Should be balance = Book Balance), address management system, dashboards, accounting, risk control matrix.

- Auditors: Tool to audit Crypto transactions and reconciliations (Actual Balance = Should be balance = Book Balance). Off Balance Sheet items (assets, liabilities and transactions), Comply with regulations - protection of customer funds, statutory reporting, risk control matrix

- Governments: Create an information system to gather, consolidate, track and act

About the Role:

- As a HR Manager, you will be in charge to design, develop and execute a new talent acquisition strategy for our company.

- You should be able to find, hire and retain talented candidates, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships at the workplace.

- This role is meant for someone who is an excellent multi-tasker and go-getter.

- Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding

- Innovate on hiring practices by using new methods or channels. Keep a lookout for talent available in the market and plan accordingly

- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
