Manager - Strategy E-Learning Portal ( Chartered Accountant )
Key Job Responsibilities:
1.Create and maintain a detailed project plan in partnership with the stakeholders
2.Gain alignment with applicable stakeholders
3.Will handle the new LMS/Video application integration to ensure successful and on-time launch
4. Monitor scheduled tasks and communicate status on a scheduled basis; coordinate & schedule team status meetings
5. Hold project team accountable to all functions of the timeline
6. Will be responsible for the following deliverables:
- Gather additional requirements
- Manage the e-learning portal implement project
- Coordinate the evaluation and pilot test of the online learning solution
- Develop guidance for course development and the administration of the portal
- Collaborate with specific marketing teammates (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth
- Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization
- Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research
- Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
- Manage the process of student enrollments and registration
- Analyze, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives
- Keep abreast with the latest trends and changes
- Identify industry trends and insights

1.Excellent communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
2. Strong project management and organizational skills
3. 2-3 years of related experience in e-learning space
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks with concurrent and overlapping timelines
5. Familiarity with course management systems and e-learning software
6. Proofreading skills
7. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technology and industry standards
8. Supervise and manage a diverse team of individuals
