TaxiForSure is the marketplace to find taxis in India! Founded in June 2011 by NIT-K and IIM-A alumni Aprameya Radhakrishna and Raghunandan G and funded by Accel Partners, Blume Ventures, and Helion Ventures, we are a taxi aggregator aiming to be the country's first choice to book a taxi. We operate in the burgeoning but hitherto unorganized radio taxi industry, which has the potential both to impact our daily mode of travel as well as the livelihoods of thousands of operators and drivers. We aim to achieve this with the help of our strong team and a robust operational model. Hiring for Manager/AGM - HRBP - Employee Relations & Employee Grievances

- FEMALE candidates preferred as it involves someone to be very strong in handling employee grievances, sexual harassment & be a part of the ICC - Internal complain committee.

Work Location: Bangalore, but the role is a PAN India role which would involve PAN India travel at least 4 - 6 days per month.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for PAN India Branch HR activities, policies & procedure.

- Will be the part of the ICC (Internal Complaint Committee) & managing the same.

- Responsible for strong employee relation, employee engagement, employee grievances handling, investigations & terminations as per the legal laws.

- Responsible in handling, addressing & solving the Sexual harassment, workplace harassment cases.

- Developing and engaging Branch HR's

- Taking the pulse of the floor, visiting branches (PAN India) and connecting with business leaders.

- Ensuring harmonious employee relationship especially at branches

- Timely and effective implementation of policies through Branch HR

- Creating an impact through business HR initiatives

- Would be a part of interview panel for all the key positions at Branch.

Skills:

- Overall experience of 12 - 15 years towards HR gamut with major experience towards Employee Relation, Employee engagement, Employee Grievances.

- Should have been part of the ICC (Internal Complaint Committee), investigations & terminations.

- Extensive hands-on experience towards Employee Relation, Employee engagement.

- Should have experience towards handling, investigating & solving employee grievances, tough terminations & any other internal employee related issues/cases.

- Should be aware of labour laws & should have worked closely with legal.

- Should have been experience in handling, addressing & solving the Sexual harassment, workplace harassment cases.

- Should have PAN India exposure & flexible to travel PAN India Branches at least 4 - 6 days in a month mandatory.

- Should have experience in multi-stakeholder management.

- Should be able to work under pressure & in speed. Self-decision maker.

Qualification / Experience:-

- MBA - 2 years full time from any reputed or premier institutes (Tier 1 / Tier 2) - No Part Time or Distance MBA

- 5 years of relevant experience in BPO/Call Center industry.
