Hiring Taxation (M&A) professionals- Mumbai (lower parel) location.

Client: Law firm

Working days: 5 days

Qualifications - CA (mandatory), If CA with LLB- added advantage.

Experience - 2 - 3 yrs Post Qualification

Prefer candidates from Big 4 or law firms.

Job Description:

1. Looking for candidates who have experience in Taxation in M&A.

2. Advising a wide range of clientele on variety of issues pertaining to group restructuring involving merger, demerger, slump sale and asset transfer.

3. Advising on tax implications on setting up a branch office or a subsidiary or a limited liability partnership or liaison office in India.

4. Advising a wide range of clientele on tax implications on direct and indirect transfer of shares of Indian entities by offshore companies, involving analysis of double taxation avoidance agreements.

5. Advising on issues relating to employment taxation.
