Taxation Manager - Litigation/Indirect Tax/Direct Tax

Job Responsibilities:

- The candidate must have experience in handling tax related litigations including for CST / VAT / Excise and Service Tax.

- To prepare, file online or / and offline return, appeals and correspondence with authorities for both taxes i.e., direct, and indirect like GST / Customs / income tax / TDS

- To prepare, file online or / and offline TDS / TCS returns and corrections statements etc.

- To provide quarterly TDS / TCS certificates

- To correlate with tax auditors for tax audit

- To file ITR

- To coordinate for tax assessments and appeals.
