- Must have good experience in handling all tax-related matters .

- The candidate’s experience should include, to a large extent, advising on various direct tax and indirect tax issues and working experience on tax compliance related work. Large part of the profile includes ensuring tax compliances of various businesses in the group.

- The candidate would also be expected to review / take ownership of the compliances which would be prepared by external consultants / other teams.

- He / She would be expected to make sure the statutory timelines are adhered to.

- He / She should also have reasonable knowledge of other regulations such as RBI, FEMA, FDI , Transfer Pricing etc; Good knowledge in Tax Compliance ,Tax Assignments , Filing Returns, Appeals, Tax documentation , Advisory and FEMA compliance

- Must have strong expertise in comprehensive tax planning for the company, liaising with various regulatory authorities and completing tax assessments

- His / her broad profile would also include documentation, research, liaisoning with tax/accounting firms on tax compliance etc;

Essential Skills :

- Thorough technical knowledge on Indian Tax (income tax ), Corporate Tax and International Tax.

- Good Excel, presentation and report writing skills

- Must be a Chartered Accountant with 5-8 Years of experience in Taxation
