Hiring for Tax Reviewer (US Taxation)

Location : Bangalore

Salary : Up to Rs. 25 LPA

- MUST have experience in US Business Tax

- Should have experience working on forms such as 1120, 1120-S

- Should have around 3+ years of experience in US Business Tax at a Managerial Level with the overall experience of Years in Business Taxation with fair experience managing Individual Taxation.

- Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within a timeframe

- Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise

- Providing innovative tax planning and reviewing complex income tax returns

- Identify and mitigate tax risks

- Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance

- Manage tax provision and tax compliance process

- Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices

- Manage and coordinate tax audits

- Prepare all tax papers in a regular basis and handle all information data requests

- Sound knowledge of the Returns filing process in preparing, reviewing, and e-filing tax returns.

- Should have knowledge of using Drake tax filing software.

- Management of each client's tax compliance with setting up the right expectation for work scope to be performed and delivery timeline.

- Taking responsibility for all compliance processes and monitoring the various filing requirements

- Should be able to effectively communicate with clients / clarify their queries / collect documents and inputs needed while preparing returns.

- Active involvement in building client relationships
