Tax Partner - CA/Financial Consulting Firm

At this point of time we have been given a Mandate from our clients for hiring a " Tax Partner" for their organization. Our client is a large CA / Taxation / Financial Firm. This position is based in Delhi.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Managing the Taxation Vertical for the firm

- Growing the Top Line & managing the Bottom Line

- Domestic / International business growth

- Managing Teams effectively

- Managing large & complex client engagements

The ideal candidate will have:

- CA with 15+ years of experience

- 5+ years of experience in a Tax / Big 8 / Financial Consulting firm

- 3+ years of experience as a Head / Partner

- Good experience in growing businesses

- Great team / client management experience

- Great communication / presentation skills

We would prefer candidates with current compensation over 75 LPA please.
