Relevant work experience :
A. Direct Tax
Location: Pune
The candidate should have a complete understanding of the Corporate & International Taxation, and good insight into litigation proceedings and latest tax controversies.
Additional requirements :
- Good comprehension skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability of self-learning
- Preferably from non-big4 background
- Inclined to learn the allied laws- Stamp Duty, FEMA, PMLA, etc.
Handling litigation at the levels and advisory- pure interpretation work and no compliance work
Compensation : As per the Industry norms depending upon the profile of the candidate.
B. Indirect Tax
Location: Pune
Relevant work experience : The candidate should have a complete understanding of GST, Customs, and FTP
Additional requirements :
- Good comprehension skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability of self-learning
- Preferably from non-big4 background
- Having attitude to read and get into depth
- Inclined to learn the allied laws- Stamp Duty, FEMA, PMLA, etc.
- Handling litigation at the levels and advisory- pure interpretation work and no compliance work
Working days : Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm.
Qualification: Qualified CA or a Lawyer with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Note: Localities are more preferred.
