Tax Associate - CPA/Gaming Firm

Job Role:

- Assistance in preparation of submission for Income tax proceedings

- Assistance in compilation of paper books for submission before CIT(A)/ITAT etc.

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of TDS/ TCS Returns and Income Tax Returns.

- Getting the tax audits done and obtaining other certificates from Auditors within the stipulated timelines.

- Support tax audits and assist in responding to inquiries from tax authorities.

- Assist in preparation of Computation of Income and filing of Annual Income Tax returns for all companies under the group within the stipulated timelines.

- Handle compliance related issues, Work with tax software and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in tax processing.

- Collation of the information required for Filing Return of Income / Assessment.

- Follow up for Income Tax refunds, rectifications, appeal effects, etc.

- Data extraction, collation and preparation of monthly/quarterly reconciliations.

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper documentation and tax records are maintained.

- Preparation of Advance Tax estimates and reporting to the management along with all tax balances.

Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of experience in direct tax preferred, industry or consulting (experience in a CA firm is good to have).

- Proficiency in Excel, ability to interact with latest industry tech tools.
