Job Description :
- Manage all the staffing needs loyalty business at Tavisca
- Demand fulfilment based on Org / Program / Project / individual priority
- Match the supply / demand for the BU based on product roadmap and prioriotization
- Manage Internal staff movements, Balance people aspiration vs business needs during staffing.
- Connect with all relevant stakeholders to understand capacity requirement, business priorities and requirement timelines
- Work with Staffing head and HR head to breaking down the requirements to FTE Vs Contractor needs and roll out positions accordingly
- Work with IT and Delivery leadership and Identify the competencies and personas needed to fill the positions
- Communicate to delivery teams about pipeline, open opportunities, staffing changes, etc.,
- Collaborate with other dependent office roles/functions like HR, Delivery, Recruitment, Finance etc.
- Provide visibility on current / future resource availability and supply situation to business teams
- Align with organisation growth vision and identify the right demand opportunities for the BU
- Be the POC for loyalty business resource requirement
- Manage staffing data and run cost analysis.
- Run staffing analysis and assess the health of the functions and teams
- Identify skill gaps and potential future resourcing needs for the teams in Loyalty BU
- Manage and Coordinate the IT service partner relationships.

- Experience of leading RMG groups for IT service company would be nice to have (Not a mandatory requirement)
- Good command on maintaining and using data for representation and decision making
- Good command on advance excel and or other data analytical tools - Exposure to staffing tools and processes.
Qualification/Experience :
- Graduate with minimum 8 years of experience in managing capacity planning or resource requirements (Directly or Indirectly)
- Have either managed large teams/projects directly or have supported the resource requirements for large projects.
Nice to have :
- MBA or any certification in management/finance discipline
- Project management, HR analytics certifications,
- Understanding of IT project planning, Agile methodologies etc.
External Skills And Expertise :
- Ability to build cost analysis, alternative strategies and implement the processes in the organization
- Experience of managing external vendor relationships is preferred
- Experience or exposure to predictive analysis or HR analytics would be beneficial
