Tatatel - Learning & Development Lead (6-10 yrs)
Content Development
- End to End Coordination and Delivery of Training at respective location including Pre and Post Training activities
- Custodian of the TNI process at the Unit
- Partner and connect with Business Leaders at all locations to address dynamic training / development needs and provide inputs to the Corp. Strategy HR Training- Planning & Delivery head
- Formulate Annual and Monthly Training calendar/plan for the location in collaboration with the National L&D – Planning and Delivery
- Responsible for addressing Location needs with support of design team
- Execution of e- learning modules as per the Training Calendar
- MIS and reporting for the location
- L&D Communication and Location News letter SPOC
- Owner of the Development Planning for employees below CLT Level
- Facilitate Knowledge sharing sessions at the Unit
6-7 + Years of Experience in HR, with exp in L&D
Qualification
- Post Graduate in Mgmt/HR
