Job Description :

1. Facilitate the Annual Work Plan and headcount budgeting for the Zone, monitor HR budget vs actuals and undertake corrective measures

2. Partner with Zonal leadership team to conduct talent & capability gap assessment, provide inputs to HR Centre of Excellence and implement an action plan to bridge the same (Buy - Build - Borrow - Bind - Bounce Talent Action Plan)

3. Work with HR Centre of Excellence (COE) at the Head Office & other Zonal HRs to improve HR processes implementation/ effectiveness.

4. Develop action plans that drive performance, productivity, adoption of policies, processes and systems.

5. Ensure statutory compliance, compliance of all HR Policies and Processes in the Zone

6. Act as a single point of contact for the talent in the Zone and address their issues, queries and grievances

7. Partner with HR COE to build capability of line mangers in key HR processes like Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Talent Management etc.

8. Enhance Engagement and Culture Building by enabling team effectiveness and support organization wide change initiatives to make the Trusts an employer of choice.

Job Specifications :

Knowledge :

- Experience in handling end to end HR processes

- Exposure in handling HR Budgets, Stakeholder management, Recruitment, Operations, Performance and Rewards, Employee Engagement, L&D amongst other domains in HR

Competencies :

- Working with people

- Persuading and influencing

- Presenting and communicating

- Planning and organizing

- Delivery results and meeting customer expectations

Qualifications & Experience : MBA in HR with minimum 10 years of experience.
