Brief Job Description

1. Develop and implement well-focused convergent Water, Sanitation and Hygiene(WaSH) programme across geographies and ensure necessary compliance .

2. Provide technical assistance to field implementation teams on improving WaSH activities that aim to improve quality of the lives of the community in a sustainable manner through community-centric approaches

3. Design innovative approaches/ ideas in WASH to develop proof of concept for effective implementation

4. Design and implement large scale, sustainable community-based, decentralised programme in multi-stakeholder partnership environment

5. Develop technical designs of WaSH infrastructure in alignment with emerging practices in the sector through technical assessment of field situation

6. Identify appropriate technology solutions in WaSH space which can enable sustainable service delivery to end users

7. Develop high standards for quality monitoring, especially on technical aspects of infrastructure interventions

8. Develop monitoring mechanism, impact indicators and Management Information System (MIS) to track the outputs and outcomes for WASH projects

9. Build partnerships with :

- Government organisations at national & state level

- Other stakeholders through programme implementation and knowledge sharing on relevant subject matters.

10. Provide programmatic and technical support to project teams and partner organisations for strengthening thematic engagements

11. To manage data, prepare monthly/ quarterly and annual progress reports

12 To appraise proposals/requests, prepare annual and financial reports to identify grant making/management opportunities.
