Senior Manager Nutrition (Food Fortification)

Brief Job Description:

1. To provide technical inputs to design food fortification interventions with sustainable impact

2. To analyze large-scale food fortification (LSFF) programs implemented under social safety net programs (SSNPs) and gather relevant data from selected states to understand the prevalence of various micronutrient deficiencies

3. To develop the Mass Media /Social Behavior Change Communication messages and materials linked to LSFF

4. To design high-quality food fortification proposals, financial proposals and develop operational plans based on region-specific requirements

5. To send timely updates to Management on budgets, achievements & progress on strategic priorities

6. To strengthen partnerships with stakeholders and build capacity-building strategy for program functionaries and program participants

7. To monitor and track best practices and technology innovations in the area of food fortification aimed to address 'Hidden Hunger' and improve nutritional outcomes

8. To identify opportunities to integrate multi-thematic programs (institutions, innovation & entrepreneurship) into overall strategy

Qualification: Master's degree or equivalent degree in Public Health Nutrition/ Nutrition Science /Food Technology
