Tata Trusts - Senior Manager - Data Architect (10-12 yrs)
Brief Job Description:
1. Build and maintain the data strategy and architecture artefacts
2. Monitor the sector, technology, legal and regulatory environment needs and trends
3. Define future strategic use of data
4. Assess the data and analytics landscape across the Trusts ecosystem
5. Develop the target data architecture covering data models, master data management, AI/ML strategies for enablement
6. Conduct feasibility study for implementing business requirements for key projects
7. Implement and maintain data standards and data governance processes
8. Work with partners to develop key features and integrations
9. Provide data architecture guidance for delivery of projects and operations
10. Create and maintain data architecture principles
11. Create and maintain data model including physical and logical data model
12. Define data management process by working closely with data owners
13. Create and maintain corporate data dictionary
14. Design and maintain data architecture including integration, warehouse, and migration
15. Facilitate new technology selection and adoption in information domain
16. Review solution designs and ensure they are aligned to the information guidelines and standards
Job Specifications
Knowledge:
- Good handle on data architecture and analytics
- Should have strong understanding of Data Warehouse design, BI reporting, and Dashboard development
- Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau and databases like Snowflake, SQL Server
- Knowledge of big data and analytics tools like R, Python, and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of Non-profit sector systems and solutions is desirable
