Brief Job Description:

1 Oversee the operations of all the applications rolled out by the Technology function

2 Prepare and implement a daily system health check report

3 Track the resource utilization across all levels viz; Applications, Database, Webservers

4 Prepare and share utilization reports with the technology leadership team clearly highlighting the areas needing immediate attention.

5 Plan for capacity augmentation well in advance to ensure no impact on performance

6 Ensure consolidation of various infrastructures implemented project by project to create a pool of resources to be used across all projects to derive cross project efficiencies

7 Ensure adequate backups are taken and plan for regular retrieval

8 Ensure adequate security measures are implemented and tracked

9 Ensure timely optimization of Cloud resource utilization

10 Keep a tab on the contracts/AMCs/licenses that become due for renewal and trigger the renewal process proactively well ahead of the due date

11 Work closely with the Applications and program teams for infrastructure planning and timely issue resolutions

12 Effective trouble ticket management to ensure that the defined SLAs are adhered to for enhanced CSAT.

Job Specifications:

Experience:

- Overall, 2 - 4 years of experience in the industry in the industry with a minimum of 1+ years of experience covering operations management, preferably using advanced tools.

- Experience in managing applications hosted on cloud infrastructure.

- Exposure to ITIL.

Qualification:

- BE / BTech / MTech / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, another related discipline, or relevant experience.
