Manager HR Key Accountability : 1. Facilitation of change management (aligning to our philanthropic objectives) within the Trusts with respect to key people related processes and policies, aligning to the philanthropic objectives of the Trusts 2. Design and implementation organization level initiatives to foster employee engagement and drive a culture of inclusiveness and fraternity 3. Learning and Development - Development and assist in making Tata Trusts a learning organization for individual and team level progression. Coaching, mentoring and succession planning have to be streamlined and monitored on a granular level. 4. Diversity &amp; Inclusion - Creation, implementation and monitoring programs which promote diversity (gender, differently abled, generational, etc.). This will involve policy level changes, liaising with recruitment teams/partners to ensure the environment is inclusive and enables people from all walks of life to flourish 5. Employer Branding - Leverage the existing brand and legacy of Tata Trusts to attract and retain talent for the Trusts. This involves extensive knowledge on social media expertise, best practices across industries and collaboration with the communications and branding team within the Trusts 6. Placing Tata Trusts in the trajectory of a Great Place to Work by proposing and incorporating best in class policies and procedures for all internal stakeholders Job Description : 1. Identify key areas of intervention for all employees, program consultants, trainees, etc. 2. Drive and manage various people focused initiatives which are high on impact and lead to an engaged workforce 3. Propose and develop internal interventions assisting all associates in their individual progression through learning, coaching, knowledge management and explore various training techniques for the work being done at the Trusts 4. Benchmark and propose a list of best in class policies and processes to enable Tata Trusts become a Great Place to Work 5. Build a strong Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to help attract and retain the top talent available not just in the development sector but across the board 6. Maintain and balance internal HRMS - IT capabilities and budgets 7. Periodic Review of Organization Structure, Grades within the Trusts and propose more agile ways to function
