Key Accountability : 1. HR Helpdesk Queries - TAT of 3 days to close the queries, ensuring a complete turnaround of the query is offered to the employee (30%) 2. Contract Renewal Management - Performance Appraisal, Authorization Matrix for Budget Approvals, Contract Drafting, Contract finalizing and Filing (35%) 3. Handling end to end employee / consultant related documentation like visa letters, experience letters, transfers & relocations, payroll inputs (10%) 4. Database Management - Weekly HR Helpdesk Reports, Monthly Headcount Reports, Workline Database, TCS ion profile creation (5%) 5. HR Analytics - Analysis of various data cuts which will be relevant to the organization and highlighting trends (10%) 6. Management of personal files for all employees and consultants and highlighting missing links if any (10%) Brief Job Description : 1 Managing all contract renewals by checking all the relevant approvals and appraisal formalities. Due diligence of all incoming details. The interface with the Finance and Accounts Team will be crucial for this role. 2 Liasoning with Payroll for monthly salary inputs and any other query resolution. Creation of TCS Ion profiles for employees for payroll 3 Managing the HR Helpdesk for all incoming queries related with consistent service delivery standards for routine transactional processing. Best in class employee experience will be expected 4 Work Flows with probation reminders, performance appraisals for contract renewals, Workline updation, exit interviews 5 Database management - Prompt updation of all entries in the Master Excel for employees and consultants. Provide dedicated HR Support for multiple stakeholders on an end to end basis 6 HR Analytics - Insights and Trends from the master data 7 Personal file management - Ensuring pointed updation are done with immediate basis with utmost confidentiality 8 Continuous process improvements to be recommended in all aspects of HR Operations Skills/ Competencies : - High proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word - Employee centric approach to grievance handling - Team player and ability to work in cross functional teams - Diligent and attention to detail and accuracy - Solid interpersonal skills Qualifications - MBA in HR
