To develop strategies (including innovative approaches) and targets for key partnerships and resource mobilization across multiple stakeholder groups 2. To achieve targets, by creation, implementation and management of the partnership and resource mobilization plans 3. To align programme and support teams within organization to operate systematically and in a process-oriented manner to maximize value addition from partnership approaches 4. To co-ordinate for development of relevant programme based content, for enabling Partnerships and Resource Mobilization. 5. To support development and operation of key systems and platforms that enable Partnerships & Resource Mobilization. E.g. Collaboration Platform, Partner Relationship Management tool etc. Stakeholders : - Relationship (within organization)All departments - Relationship (Outside Organization)Foundations, Corporate CSR, Company Foundations, HNIs, International Non-profit entities, industry bodies, coalitions, academia, etc. Brief Job Description : 1. Develop and implement the Partnerships and Resource Mobilization strategy and seek all internal senior management approvals. 2. Liaise and develop network of key partners and donors, existing and potential, across different segments 3. Be the nodal contact for all key partnerships and donor organizations, exclusions being governments (managed by Programme Implementation team), partner institutions (managed by Institutions team) and technology (managed by Technology team) 4. Design systems and processes to maximize value addition from partnership approaches within organization, and drive towards teams within the organization to operate in an aligned manner. Support the development and utilization of existing internal systems such as Partner Relationship Management tool and Collaboration Platform 5. Liaise with Donor relations team to ensure relationship management. Identify and coordinate development of appropriate content, field visit-related activities, etc., working with programme and communication teams, for suitable use in partnership and resource mobilization efforts. 6. Participate in select conferences and workshops to present the work of Tata Trusts, with the intention of generating goodwill, and to identify potential partnership and resource mobilization options. 7. Oversee implementation of the partnership and resource mobilization plans to ensure that the same are on course. 8. Provide feedback to the management on periodic progress (including key developments / issues) made against agreed objectives and targets. 9. Provide feedback to the management on design and implementation of systems and processes to maximize value addition from partnership approaches. 10. Provide feedback to the management on development of appropriate content, field visit-related activities, etc., for use in partnership and resource mobilization efforts. Provide effective mentoring to reportees to develop their skills and capabilities, including for new initiatives 11. Conduct periodic review meetings and budget management 12. Develop strong and effective internal relationships with colleagues in all teams, through appropriate communications, cross team-working, and networking at all levels. 13. Any other work assigned by the Reporting Manager / senior management. 14. Act as a branch ambassador of the 'TATA TRUSTS' and ensure compliance with the TCoC.
