Develop and manage physical and information security across applications and infrastructure across Trusts and AOs 3. Oversee development and ensure compliance of IT Policies in accordance with international standards such as ISO-27001 4. Oversee IT Operations for both Infrastructure, Applications and Security to provide seamless experience to users with minimal costs Brief Job Description:&nbsp; 1. Head design and oversee development, implementation &amp; maintenance of overall infrastructure and network and security for Tata Trusts. 2. Plan effective and innovative end user (EU) devices strategy including Desktops, Laptops, tablets etc 3. Explore deployment of VDI technology where feasible to provide seamless service to the EUs and enhance EU productivity 4. Plan, provision and optimize bandwidth for all links across locations 5. Work with internal and vendor teams to ensure high quality delivery and maintenance of infrastructure and network across various sites to support business 6. Oversee all IT operations to ensure provision of a first class user support service 7. Monitor and promote improvement of the performance and efficiency of the team, reporting against service levels 8. Manage service performance and reporting, trend analysis and IT budget / fiscal analysis 9. Responsible for stakeholder and vendor management including sourcing, contracting and performance management for support related activities. 10. Head operations of support vendors including support desk operation and ensure their operational effectiveness 11. Oversee development and ensure compliance of IT Policies in accordance with international standards such as ISO-27001 12. Ensure compliance with quality management, risk management and security policies and procedures 13. Ensure that governance and change processes and procedures are adhered to 14. Responsible for continuous improvement including the identification of opportunities to improve operational performance and cost saving 15. Management reporting on the performance of Infra, Security &amp; IT Operations 16. Define, build, and maintain Business Continuity Plans and DR strategy Job Specifications:&nbsp; Experience: - A minimum of 14 - 16 years of IT/DevOps experience, with 6 to 8 years in an information security role and at least two years in a supervisory capacity - Proven track record of evolving the security architectures, solutions and programs that address the dynamic business and threat landscape - Technical expertise across multiple disciplines within IT infrastructure and information security such as identity and access management, Active Directory, Linux Security, Networking, Intrusion Detection/Prevention, endpoint protection, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), database security (Oracle and MS), virtualization platforms, digital forensics, incident response, application software security; experience with cyber security frameworks and regulatory requirements, such as NIST, PCI, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA compliance Qualifications: - BE/BTech in (E&amp;C), (Comp Sc), (IT) - Certifications pertaining to Network and Security domains - MBA will be an advantage
