Digital Analyst - 1 Year Contract

Job Description :

1. To track and monitor digital consumer behaviour, interest and measure engagement

2. To analyse and build reports on Digital analytics - views, shares, heat maps, action taken, assets viewed, downloaded.

3. To derive and interpret data for business audience and leadership

4. To analyse and predict user behaviour on the digital platform, plan and execute campaigns that align with predictive behaviour to maximize engagement.

5. To connect the dots between the insights from platform analysis and business priorities.

Knowledge & Skills :

- Knowledge of A/B testing techniques for page design, creatives and campaigns

- Familiarity with analytics tools and visual reporting

- Ability to handle BI / AI tools, multiple sources of information, Business, Data/ platform and People

- Ability to form clear understanding of the business and the sector including how communities in this sector engage with the business.

- Ability to analyse and interpret market behaviour in a growing sector will be an advantage.
