Business Analyst - Grant Process Excellence
Brief Job Description:
1. Draft appropriate SOP Documents for existing processes
2. Conduct diagnostic studies, including through participation in cross functional teams, for identifying process change needs
3. Be part of the relevant teams to evaluate possible solutions for any process reengineering
4. If required, create a Request For Information Document from potential vendors/ service providers. Create business case document and RFP (if needed)
5. Prepare circular for internal approvals
6. Write Process Manuals
7. Organize training workshops for implementation
Knowledge & Skills:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Ability to construct process maps and project planning
- Written and verbal communication skills (including writing reports, procedure manuals, training dockets)
- Good presentation skills
- Detail orientation
- (Desirable) Experience in Digital Transformation projects/ technology consulting or as a Business Analyst in
leading technology company
