Closely coordinate with Program Teams and Assessment &amp; Impact Measurement teams to; - Implement the mapped user journeys in the Digital Collaboration Platform, - Implement the process flows (both online and offline) based on the requirements given by user teams - Develop standard operating procedures with clear roles, measurable deliverables and time-bound hand-offs from the viewpoint of the Digital Collaboration Platform. 2. Develop guidelines for use-cases for the various tools and functionalities that exist in the Digital Collaboration Platform. Translate these guidelines into operational process flows. Get buy-in from other stakeholders. 3. Set up monitoring mechanisms to ensure that the content proposed for online publication complies with; - Applicable law (eg Copyright, Libel, Privacy etc.), - Regulatory compliance/approval, - Tata Group guidelines. 4. Discharge roles related to the Digital Collaboration Platform e.g. Supervision of Group Chat. 5. Content related - Monitor the site regularly to ensure that the content is fresh, engaging and drives traffic within the site &amp; also attracts new readers; - Proof-read the content for accuracy &amp; errors - Suggest changes that improve the clarity &amp; flow of the content, layout, artwork, design, images etc. - Research content in the public domain to ensure that the web content is consistent with and in sync with the Trusts' public stand. 6. Co-develop necessary Guidelines, FAQs, Glossary, T&amp;Cs etc. related to the Digital Collaboration Platform. Benchmark the Digital Collaboration Platform globally &amp; highlight the aspirational aspects to management Knowledge &amp; Skills: - Product management experience in building online products/services - Experience in managing online content Experience in process mapping &amp; developing process flows Competencies - Working with people - Adhering to principle - Persuading and influencing - Learning and researching - Planning and organizing - Following instructions and procedures Experience: Min 6 years of total work experience of which at least 2 years handling Product Management responsibility in an online domain Qualifications: Min Master's degree or equivalent in relevant fields. Certifications in state-of-the-art digital technologies will be preferred.
