- Assist CHRO to effectively manage all interventions in HR by regular follow up and closure with all the Direct Reports of CHRO, support decision making by providing key HR analytics and facilitate HR reviews. - Ensure closure of all Key HR projects / interventions as per plan and support CHRO in the same as and when required. - Ensure closure of all action items tagged for CHRO in Top Management meetings. - Coordinate with other Top Leadership Members/Teams on specific agendas whenever required. - Coordinate reviews for CHRO with all DRs. - Develop periodic - monthly/quarterly/as required analysis and MIS on TTL HR related trends/numbers to support decision making and strategy formulation. - Track and report key HR indices to monitor trends and HR productivity. - Provide support to CHRO with latest happenings in HR and the industry. - Drive special projects in HR under CHRO. - Support for TBEM Application writing and preparation for TBEM Assessment - TBEM Communication & Awareness
