Position: Associate Consultant / Consultant

Qualifications:

- Engineering graduate + MBA from only a premier institution, with a strong academic background.

- Premier institutes would include IIM A, IIM B, IIM C, IIM L, IIM I, XLRI, FMS, NITIE (only PGDIM course), JBIMS, SPJIMR.

- Candidates must have a good academic track record. All CVs should carry details of CGPA / %age obtained during MBA & BE

Experience:

- 1-2 years of post MBA experience in a reputed management consulting firm with experience of strategy and operations, corporate planning/ strategy / operational excellence / sales / implementation / benefit realization assignments with clients in the Consumer, Retail, FMCG, Resources, Chemical & Automotive sector.

- 1 - 2 years of pre MBA experience in any related sectors would be desirable.

- Experience or exposure to digital technology would be an added advantage

Required Skills:

- Understanding of Strategy / Management Consulting

- Outstanding spoken and written communication and articulation skills in English - Good understanding of financial modeling and Excels

Role:

As an Associate Consultant, the incumbent would be required to carry out the following: 

Project Execution : 

- Support for business development and knowledge initiatives -

- Participate in Organization initiatives
