Purpose of the Job: Regulatory - All Regulatory Compliances, Transfer & Name Change of Forest Clearance, Environmental Clearance, Mining lease, Mining plan, Petrol pump etc and Compliances as per schedule of the same, Obtaining Dispatch permissions from DMO Office Chaibasa, Forest Transit permit from DFO office Chaibasa. Land - Compliance of land and transfer of land in the name of TSLPL Liaison - Liaison with concerned government departments up to district level. Job Responsibility: 1. All Regulatory Compliances (Mining, Forest, Revenue and WRD & PCB) on time, no violation of forest rule under forest conservation act 1980. 2. Land - Collect village maps, ROR and Land records from Revenue Department for preparing various applications for Land Acquisition. 3. Mine Plan, Mining Leases, Land Leases and Forest Clearance- Prepare renewal applications for Mining Lease, Land Leases & Conditions, Transfer of lease in the name of TSLPL. Coordinate and follow-up with Govt. Officials in Mining Department for processing of Mining Lease renewal applications & Conditions and extend support Work on regularization of all land records in favor of the company including purchased lands 4. Coordinate and follow-up with Block and District Level Govt. Officials in Mining Department for processing of Mining Lease application 5. Monitoring and compliance to all conditions stipulated in the Forest Clearances already obtained. All Regulatory Compliances (Mining, Forest, Revenue and WRD & PCB) on time, no violation of forest rule under forest conservation act 1980.Coordinate and follow-up with forest officials at Range Office, Divisional Office and Regional Office for processing of the diversion proposals/ schemes/ conservation plans 6. Attend various meeting with Govt. Officials in Mining Department related to renewal application and illegal mining and royalty Maintain Land and Lease records related to the mine and adjoining land leases. 7. Coordinate with Company Legal department for any Legal Scrutiny of Legal notices and extend necessary support for preparing suitable reply. 8. Prepare and submit notices and returns as per the Lease Deed agreements for Mining Lease and Land Lease Coordinate with District Mining Office for issues related to royalty and dispatch permission on as an when required basis Coordinate with Mines manager to restrict illegal mining operation related to mining lease. 9. Identify various statutory requirements arising out of various circulars 10. Transfer of HSD pump license in the name of TSLPL, chronology of mining lease, forest clearance, Chronology of Raiyati land Bokna and GM Land of Chotambasai
