Manager - Supply Budgeting Job Purpose : - This role is responsible for monitoring, controlling of budget of capital projects expenditure of the Company which includes Budget & preparation for capital projects-estimation skills and Preparation of capital schedule for timely capitalization of projects Job Responsibility : 1. Budget preparation for capital projects : incumbent should understand the project scope in an integrated manner, maintain cost data base for all items and estimate the project cost at L3 level. 2. Formulation of cost breakdown structure : once the project is approved and scheme has been created, the incumbent has to maintain the cost breakdown structure at a level not less than the cost estimation prepared during budget preparation. 3. Allocation of funds to right CBS as per project requirement : transactional job in SAP. The incumbent certifies that the item is within the scope of the project and reports deviations compared to original budget. 4. Preparation of estimate at completion report : submitted to senior leadership team on regular basis and also submitted to the board as a oversight report. The incumbent has to compile the committed expenditures, actual expenditures and forecast the future expenditure to prepare the EAC report 5. Preparation of cash flow forecasting reports : provided to Accounts on a monthly basis for organizing the funds. 6. Preparation of capital schedule for timely capitalization of projects 7. Scheme closure : coordinate with various stake holders for scheme closure as detailed below : a. Project Manager- activity completion certificate b. Commercial Manager - no claim certificate from Vendor/ Partner & closure of purchase orders c. Accounting Manager - for reconciliations, GR/IR pending cases, recovery cases etc.
