Divisional Manager - Security Purpose of the Job : To drive and administer safe and secure environment by developing and enforcing Security, Fire & Disaster Management Policy to provide security to the Employees, Customers, Vendors and visitors along with the protection of company's assets and to ensure smooth conduct of business by TSLPL, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Job Responsibility : 1. Planning and Organizing effective Security Incident Management System and handling of impromptu situations 2. Control of crime and management of fire incidents for protection of human resources and assets of the Company 3. Improve CSI 4. Improve Security, Fire & Disaster Management Procedures and processes 5. Ensure effective security to the human resources & assets of the company and it's vendors within the company premises with the help of external & internal stakeholders arising out of IR issues & other crisis situations.
