Job Purpose:

Drive and ensure implementation of BU level HRM Strategy for the respective unit of TSLPL

I. Maximize the productivity of the organization by ensuring effective Talent Management

II. Ensure Harmonious Industrial relations with all stakeholders.

III. Ensure execution of administration strategy and plans.

IV. Foster a culture of performance, productivity, ensuring employee engagement with focus on diversity & inclusion.

Overall Job Responsibility:

1. Ensure implementation, monitoring & control of HR Strategy in alignment with business strategy and develop / design HR Policies & process.

2. Maximize productivity of the employees and organization

3. Ensure manpower planning and ensuring availability of talent at right place and time.

4. Coordinate and promote the activities of learning and development for all employees.

5. Drive and implement D&I practices.

6. To ensure facilitation of individual & group reward and recognition.

7. Ensure Harmonious Industrial relations with Union and other stakeholders. Implement actions on joint consultations.

8. To implement employee engagement initiatives,

9. To monitor and comply with all statutory and regulatory compliances.

10. Participate in various allied employee social security implementation through PF Trust, Gratuity Trust & Superannuation Trust.

11. To drive initiatives related to welfare and amenities of employees.

12. Ensure contractor labour management end to end process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualification - 2 Years full time MBA or PGDM in HR / Personnel Management / MSW

Relevant experience - 3 - 13 Years' experience

Skills & Capabilities

Technical Competencies:

- Well versed with HRM processes, practices, IR Laws, Labour Laws & Compliances, Rules & Regulations

- Skills to manage internal and external stakeholders

Behavioural Competencies:

- Aptitude for ensuring accuracy at all times and paying attention to all details whilst working under pressure, a methodical and systematic approach to work, Capable to work under a highly stressed environment.

- Ability to read, analyse and interpret modern HRM and HRIS initiatives into workplace

- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality

- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy and independent judgement
