Tata Steel - Assistant Manager - Mechanical/Crane Maintenance/Tube & LDP (2-5 yrs)

- Person will be responsible for Preventive and breakdown maintenance of cranes in Khopoli plant, procurement of spares
- Crane PM planning and execution , spares planning, MIS report generation
Skills :
- Experience in EOT Crane maintenance Electrical / Mechanical or relevant experience in similar steel industry having overhead cranes where candidate have exposure to crane along with other lines.
- Awareness of all the safety standards and plant specific hazards and legal requirements.
- Trouble shooting capability, Knowledge of failure mode effect analysis / Control plan (FMEA / CP).
- Types of maintenance practices in EOT Cranes & Failure analysis
- Knowledge of Crane safety standard.
- Expertise in critical equipment's of crane.
- Exposure to SAP based PM, CBM, TBM maintenance methodologies
- Resource management capability.
- Coordination with internal agencies.
- Capability of Resource planning and contract resource optimization.
- Preferred Having Knowledge about 7QC tool, Watanabe analysis.
