Tata Power - Lead - Treasury (4-8 yrs)
Role & responsibilities :
1. Handle all activities required for tying up long term loans from Banks and financial institutions in India and overseas
2. Handle all activities required for issuing Non-Convertible Bonds in the domestic capital market or off-shore markets
3. Interact with Credit Rating agencies to obtain ratings for loan facilities / debt instruments
4. Should be able to prepare Financial models / Analyse financial statements / prepare cash flow statements
5. Should be able to prepare presentations
6. Should be able to negotiate loan documentation
Preferred candidate profile :
1. Raised long term loans from Banks
2. Issued NCDs (INR / USD)
3. Handled credit rating agencies
4. Tied up working capital borrowings and trade finance facilities
