Tata Power - Group Head - Business HR - Digital & IT (10-14 yrs)
- Understand the business and provide people solutions to achieve / exceed business plan
- Organisation structuring ,transformation
- Drive OD interventions in line with business requirement
- Work on HR Digitisation projects
- Manage talent cycle - sourcing, recruitment, on-boarding, (along with Talent Acquisition team members) PMS, training, retention, promotion, job rotation, transfers, retirement / separations
- Drive workforce engagement by designing and implementing activities and programs
- Continuously improve existing processes and introduce new practices to provide best-in-class experience to workforce
- Design and implement initiatives for leadership and organisational development
- Champion change by ensuring 100% implementation of various effectiveness initiatives
- Drive learning and development for the function
- Maintain harmonious work environment
- Manage end to end employee lifecycle
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience of Business HR role for Digital and Information Technology team managing the entire life cycle of employees
- Min 8 years' experience in Business HR profile
- Experience with managing digital talent
