Key Deliverables : 1) Strategic e-learning development : - Understand the TMF's strategy regarding learning and development, including requirements of programmes and units, guide use of technology (i.e. facilitate sharing of good practice, run training for leadership and employees) across all verticals. - Promote, develop and evaluate the impact of technology enhanced learning on the employee learning experience. - Liaise with leadership and other key stakeholders to be proactive and collaborative in supporting the development of improved technology-based learning. 2) Digital learning development projects : - Contribute specialist e-learning skills and knowledge to technology-enhanced learning projects, to meet TMF objectives. - Drive end-to-end digital learning projects including identifying and evaluating e-tools, new approaches to e-learning and emerging notions of embedding e-learning in the TMF context. 3) Digital Content Development : - Apply instructional design theory to create storyboards, scripts, learning content and assessment material for new e-learning modules. - To update / refresh existing learning content and assessment material as and when required. - Attend both internal and external meetings with service representatives (subject matter experts) to consult on project goals and requirements to create innovative online learning materials. - Create online, engaging and interactive resources to meet service and business need using current e-learning software such as iSpring/ Articulate, rapid development tools, images, graphics, video, audio, webcasts, podcasts, charts and other multimedia formats. - Evaluate existing teaching materials and convert to digital content in line with best practice methodologies. - Manage subject matter expertise, carrying out content research, evaluation and development as necessary. - Modify content for use on other platforms, such as mobile phones or tablets. - Produce and maintain detailed and accurate key content and project documentation including content outlines, storyboards, assessment material, asset lists and transcripts, during the project lifecycle using the assigned management tools. - Provide regular updates and reports to services ensuring delivery of quality learning products on time and in budget. - To maintain high standards of customer service through effective communication and timely response, identifying and dealing with service issues and queries.
