Key Responsibilities:
- Own end to end content and promotional calendar leveraging festivals, important days, sale events, new launches and seasonal relevant events for category, brand, product discovery.
- Own planning to drive sales and discovery of categories, drive CTR's, product views with the goal of increasing customer engagement
- Partner closely with cross functional business, merchandising ops and design teams and own the daily planning and refresh of homepage across all channels
- Own design, scheduling, testing and personalization plans. Build, maintain, analyze and communicate performance reports. Recommend and implement optimizations based on learnings and insights
- Understand customer segmentation and engagement metrics to plan and execute BAU, big events, and adhoc campaigns and play a pivotal role in increasing CTR's and customer engagement
Basic Qualification
- Graduation/Master's in business
- 7 + experience in digital merchandising or online marketing
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results
- Ability to prioritize workload and deliver results against multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Strong data centricity and analytical capabilities to understand and mine the data and make content and business decisions.
Preferred Qualification
- MBA from recognised college
- Understanding of HTML, XML, and Excel skills with an understanding of web development
- Entrepreneurial and creative spirit, ability to try different things with minimal direction
- Experience with web/mobile analytics programs i.e, Site Catalyst, Google Analytics and quick learner
- Relevant merchandising experience in an ecommerce industry
