Job Role:- Managing the trading operations functions for the Mineral trading business. Job Responsibilities:- - Responsible for managing Sourcing Trade Operation of Imported Coal - Preparation of Execution of supplier side of Contracts - Ensure Back to Back contracting and highlight gaps, if any for all CIF transactions across markets - Owner of supply side contracting for Non Indo coal, need to ensure business confirmation terms reflect in the contract - Ensuring execution of finalized trade as per terms finalized - at the supplier end for the business - Managing the entire chain of operations, including contracting, chartering from supplier - ensure close monitoring - new upcoming shipments; stock on ground; timely information sharing and escalation; working closely with finance for mark-to-market reporting - Ensuring performance of the operations functionalities against the SLAs. Reviewing and improving internal processes towards execution excellence - Work with business ERP for execution of operations - Managing business operational risks proactively and efficiently for optimal business operations Educational Qualification:- Post Graduate Desired Profile:- 7 - 10 years of relevant experience
