Budgeting and MIS Reporting: - Compilation Annual business plan consolidation; preparation of budget presentation - Consolidation of Capex Budget - Compilation of Monthly Flash Report - Consolidation of Abridged MIS - Monthly - BCM Deck monthly - Monthly HR MIS - Preparation of Dashboard - Compilation of Inventory &amp; Debtors report monthly - Compilation of Tata Sons MIS - Quarterly (tallied with CONSOL Financials) - Additional MIS information required by MD and ED office related to ABP &amp; MIS - Providing the data for PBT achieved to HR for bonus calculation Financial Reporting: - RPT reconciliation within TATA group - Dec &amp; Mar, RPT disclosure for annual Standalone &amp; consolidated financials &amp; Tata Sons, - Variance analysis for Consolidated P&amp;L and Balance Sheet items - Preparation of notes to accounts EMERGE MIS- Software: - Technical support to all verticals, taking forward the technical issue to EMERGE developer to resolve the same - Giving access to new users and new division - Monthly Exchange rates circulation and upload in emerge - New reports generation and new template setup as and when required - Resolving the error issues of verticals and liaison with EMERGE Team Claims &amp; Capex: - Tracking and processing the Claims for approval of CFO and MD - Tracking and processing the Capex for approval of CFO and MD Specific projects: - Support for automation of new MIS tools &amp; Financials reporting - New reports generation directly from EMERGE MIS
