Key Responsibilities

a. Perform requirement analysis on internal as well as domestic customer's requirements and identify/propose a solution.

b. Handle projects independently and manage the delivery team.

c. Lead teams to execute projects in terms of the contractual obligations, timely delivery, quality, and compliance with contract scope.

d. Develop different training product types, such as ILTs, WBTs, Job Aids, and QRCs.

e. Collaborate with subject matter experts and review team's work for relevance and quality.

f. Create storyboards for different delivery mediums (ILTs, WBTs, vILTs, Blended).

g. Be involved in project and resource planning.

h. Manage direct client communications and client expectations.

i. Lead and train team members to provide end-to-end learning solution.

j. Domestic and International travel might be required from time to time.

Technical Skills

a. Skilled in Instructional Design principles and theory, such as Adult Learning principles, Andragogy, Kirkpatrick and Blooms' levels.

b. Must have designed and developed a variety of training and content including blended learning (with an emphasis on exercises, role-plays, activities), e-learning, simulations, games, on-the-job and continuous training.

c. Must have some visual design (media development) experience and should be able to work with some graphic designing software. Any experience with video-based training will be a bonus.

d. Should be acquainted with working with LMS and understand basic principles of SCORM packaging.

e. Ability to work with content publishing tools like Articulate and Captivate will be a bonus.

Key Skills

a. Experience in the custom eLearning or software development space is preferred.

b. At least 5+ years- experience in leading/developing different training product types, such as Application simulations, ILTs/vILTs and WBTs.

c. Ability to manage large engagements with little or no direction - manage client expectations, escalations, planning, resourcing, scheduling, costs, variances, etc.

d. Excellent team manager and team player.

e. Apply various Instructional strategies, models and theories to content. Strong analytical skills, ability to make sense of numbers, and handled International clients.

f. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

g. Self-starter, ability to Multitask, an Agile Listener and must have a Passion for Excellence.
