Designation - Project Manager (Business Analytics) Function - GIS Location - Bangalore Reporting To - Director Business&nbsp;Analytics Role Objective :&nbsp; Tata Global Beverages has a well defined roadmap for provisioning planning and analytical systems to support global business functions and local, in market, commercial units. Working in an IT function that leverages the SAP suite of B.I tools this role will apply appropriate structure and control to the development and delivery of all Business Analytics related projects across TGB globally. Key Responsibilities - Governance, control and delivery of Business Intelligence projects in line with TGB's project and change management methodologies - Building and co-ordinating effective project delivery teams comprising internal and third party resources Desired Candidate Profile/ Desired Experience Level / Qualifications - A proven track record (minimum of 5 years experience) delivering Business facing projects or programmes, ideally in the consumer packaged goods sector - An ability to manage geographically dispersed teams - including the flexibility to work with different time zones when required - An applied understanding of programme, project and change management methodologies operating within a formal Project Management Office - Excellent interpersonal and people management skills, including ability to build relationships with key business stakeholders - A pragmatic approach to managing problems and issues throughout the project life cycle - Ability to form a portfolio view across multiple Business Analytics projects and manage any subsequent inter dependencies - Ability to generate professional documentation at all stages of the project life cycle - SAP ECC knowledge to able to manage project budgets effectively (preferably, not essential) - Knowledge of Project Management methodologies like Prince2 (preferred) or PMI key motivators - Acting as the Sponsors principal agent of change within the project - Enabling positive outcomes through the application of well planned and executed activities using the correct approach to balance governance and delivery (control vs. agility) - Working closely with business users and senior stakeholders&nbsp; Scope:&nbsp; - Global responsibility for Business Analytics projects - Managing a portfolio of large and small projects - Effective communication - Working with multiple external partners Need to Influence: - Project Sponsors and other business stakeholders - Internal technical resources and external vendors
