Marketing Manager - Tata Global Beverages Reporting to: Tea Marketing Head Role objective: - Responsible for Shaping the marketing strategy focused on sustainable and profitable growth. - Deliver projects with specific responsibility for innovation, competitive market share gain, profitability and optimization across A&amp;P spends. Key Responsibilities: - Brand Management: Develop, maintain and publish a framework to evaluate, improve and facilitate leadership decisions on brand related investments. - Business Development: Business landscaping, market research, agency and marketing mix development from scratch for new category &amp; new geography. - Agency Management: Manage outside agency resources including advertising, public relations and digital. Developing integrated communication across all programs, promotions, products and services. - Innovation/ New Product Development: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans on new product opportunities, acquisitions/ joint ventures, other growth initiatives - Launch: Develop the complete marketing mix - product, packaging, communication, media, digital, PR strategy development and execution of all ATL &amp; BTL inputs. Responsible for brand strategy, brand health, topline and margins. - Liase with key functions: Supply Chain, Procurement, Compliance, R&amp;D &amp; Sales - Analytics - Analyse the past sales data to understand the past programs/ activation/ schemes and suggest improvements to the category/ channel. Analyse the competitor movements and promotions according to the current trends - Create a 360 Degree deployment plan on ATL &amp; BTL Media - Develop deep, actionable consumer understanding &amp; insights on brand, competition, usage &amp; attitudes, purchase behavior and leisure pursuits Desired Candidate profile: - 6-8 years of experience of roles in Marketing of increasing responsibility across consumer insights, media management, new product development cycle and brand P&amp;L management, sales &amp; channel development. - A history of successful brand management and equity building - Knowledge &amp; experience of Market Research Methodology, Consumer Insight generation tools, brand health metrics, product &amp; packaging development cycles, understanding of financial &amp; distribution metrics and levers to drive improvement. Ability to drive, evaluate and optimize ATL &amp; BTL spends. - Key Functional Skills: Marketing Mix Development, Brand Management, Knowledge of leveraging Consumer, Shopper &amp; Trade insights. Agency Management. Business Development. - Desirable Traits: Sharp business acumen, quick learner with an eye for flawless execution and result orientation. Good Communication Skills. Looking for candidates with differential thinking ability having done different to the usual category campaigns. - Managing Digital Marketing campaigns to maximize brand visibility and brand campaigns, continuously build insights to improve campaign deliverable and digital content excellence Desired experience Level &amp; qualifications: - MBA from a premier B-school Total Experience - 10-12 Years.
